Merchant - KYB Enhancements: Merchants will now receive an email notification if additional information or documents are required for their KYB process. They will be able to resubmit any required information or documents for the KYB process directly through the merchant portal. Also, an email update will be sent to them once their KYB is approved.
API Updates:
Cart API: We have updated the cart parameter, including a new 'refundable' key (default: true) in the Generate Invoice Link API, allowing refunds based on this parameter. A 'feeConfiguration' key has also been added to handle variable and fiat fees.
Order ID Lookup API for Transactions: A transaction lookup API has been created to check transaction status based on the order ID.
API for Partners to Add Merchants: A new API allows partners to add one or multiple merchants and send email invites. Merchants who sign up via the invite link will be correctly associated with the inviting partner in the RocketFuel system.
API for Partners to Query Merchant Profile: Partners can now query an API to check if a merchant under them has split payment/variable fee functionality enabled. An error is thrown if the merchant is not under the partner.
Merchant - Payout User Roles: Now Merchants can add a view-only user role in the payout portal with restricted permissions, allowing access to view data and reports but not to perform actions such as creating payouts or adding payees.
Merchant - Transaction Search by Hash: Merchants can now search for transactions in the Transaction menu using the transaction hash.

Merchant - Email Delivery of Transaction Reports: To facilitate easier access to transaction reports for long periods, we have now added an option to receive reports via email. Merchants will receive transaction reports through email and can update the email address for report delivery as needed.
Display WalletConnect Payments in eCommerce Portals: Payment information made via WalletConnect, previously only visible on the admin portal, will now be accessible to merchants and partners.
Notify Merchants of Timed-Out Transactions: Merchants will now be notified via a webhook when a transaction times out, allowing them to update their records accordingly.
Improved Shopper Sign-Up & Login Experience: Shoppers can now sign up and login using only the email address. Just click the "Continue with email" option on the iFrame to try it out. This ensures a seamless and secure payment experience without adding friction for new or existing shoppers.
Bank Payment Method Management: We've made it easier to manage the bank payment method. If turned off in the partner or merchant portal, the bank payment option will be removed from the merchant portal or shopper iFrame automatically.
White Label Customization: Partners can now configure the text on the landing page of the iFrame and update the "Powered by" text at the bottom of the iFrame when the white label feature is enabled.
Faster Confirmation for All Merchants: Faster confirmation for most popular coins is now enabled for all merchants, speeding up the transaction process.
Bug Fixes and Known Issues: We've addressed several bugs and are actively working on resolving known issues to further enhance your experience on our platform.
👥 Users Menu in Merchant Portal: Collaborate effectively with your team! Merchants can now invite users to manage their business on the platform, assigning predefined roles and controlling access to the portal.
🔐 Refund Option Limitations: We've updated our refund policy to better serve your needs. Shoppers can now request refunds only if the merchant permits it. However, the refund option will still be available for partial payments.

Our Ai based risk engine confirms the transaction before the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. In most cases, shoppers don't have to wait for the transaction to post on the blockchain. Merchants receive payment updates and webhooks simultaneously as customers see the transaction completed within the iFrame. This ensures a smooth and efficient payment experience for everyone involved. We will be rolling it out to all merchants in the coming weeks.

Merchant - Fast-Confirmation Functionality into the In-Store Page: The fast-confirmation payment functionality has been integrated into the In-Store page. The same coins confirmed quickly in our payment widget will also be confirmed faster when making payments on the In-Store page.
Merchant - Transaction Confirmation Dates: The "Confirmed at" data, showing the date and time of payment confirmation, has been added for all successful or equivalent transactions (Success, Partial Success, Underpaid, Overpaid, Partial Closed). This allows merchants to easily see when transactions were initiated and completed.
2FA Login - Enter Button Should Submit 2FA Code: On the login page of merchant and partner portals, clicking the enter button after entering the 2FA code will not submit the code instead of resetting it.
Merchant – Settlement Details for Additional Currencies: Merchants can now add additional currencies in the newly built settlement menu. The banking details section will include an "others" option in the currency dropdown, allowing merchants to enter any currency (character limit 20). Note: Bank payments from shoppers have been disabled on a global level.
Merchant - Resend Invite Option for Users: A Resend Invite action button has been added to the Users menu in the merchant portal. This allows merchants to resend invites to users who have not yet responded.
Partner - Display Store Name Instead of Merchant Name: In the partner portal, within the Merchants menu, the business name will now be displayed instead of the merchant name.
Configurable Email Notifications: Merchants now can configure email notifications through the Settings menu. This feature allows for personalized notification settings to suit their needs.
Merchant Settlement Dashboard and Emails: We have introduced comprehensive settlement dashboards for merchants. These dashboards facilitate merchants in monitoring their settlements, updating banking details, and requesting changes.
Expanded Banking Details for Multiple Currencies: In the newly developed Settlement menu, merchants are provided with an option to add banking details for multiple currencies. A currency dropdown now includes an "others" option, allowing merchants to specify alternative currencies (with a 20-character limit) as per their requirements.
Resend Option for User Invitations: The merchant portal's Users menu now includes an option to resend invitations. This enhancement ensures that merchants can re-invite users efficiently, enhancing the user onboarding process.
Unified User Role: We are introducing a new "Admin" role that grants access to both eCommerce and payout portals. The existing "Admin" role is renamed to "eCommerce Admin." This streamlined approach offers simplified user management.
Switchable Portals: Admin merchants can now switch between Payouts and e-commerce portals effortlessly using a new toggle. Exclusive to super-admin merchants and users with dual portal access, this feature ensures flexibility in navigation.
Payout Form Update: We've added a state list dropdown in the KYB form for payout admins. Just like choosing countries now you can select your state. This is only available in the US at the moment.
Easy KYB Process: For files that need to be uploaded during the KYB process, payout admins will see "Format not supported" for unsupported files. Plus, we'll guide you on the maximum size and format for your document uploads.
Account statuses Update: We have introduced new Verification Status and Account Status for payees in the payout admin. Whether payees are registered, active, blocked, or undergoing verification, all the details are available correctly in the payout portal.
Balance Data Update: The new balance update will now show the Available Balance, Current Balance, and Allocated Funds. You can check what these balances mean in the payout portal.
Double the Security: We now have Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for all merchant users. It's easy to set up, and each login is now secure.
Support for multiple store URLs: Now you can set up multiple sub-stores or sub-brands, even when you have only one merchant account. The settlement will still be made to your main account.
KYB Forms Update: The KYB form is now adjusted based on your location. For non-USA countries, certain fields become optional. However, for our USA-based users, fields like EIN, SSN, NAICS, and NAICS Description are now mandatory.
Monthly statements: Payout admins now have a new monthly statement report to check all the details related to payouts.
Blocking rules update: As per this update, if the admin has blocked specific countries, you'll see them in the payout portal but you can't select or deselect them. This is to provide a clear understanding of countries we have blocked as admin and don’t want merchants to transfer funds to payees belonging to those countries.
ID Innovation: Merchant's payee ID is now called the 'Merchant Reference ID.' This change also applies to your payout reports, ensuring a clearer and more streamlined experience.
Euro Power: EUR is now supported in the InStore menu. Now, you can also add service charges and tips.
Clear as Crystal: We've revamped the payout report for our merchants. Group allocation will show all the individual allocations with the same reference ID for easy reconciliation. Individual allocations have 'Transaction Type' changed from 'Allocation' to 'Individual Allocation.
More Time to Read Error Messages: Error messages will now appear for 10 seconds so you can read them properly and understand the issue.
ForceUpdate API: We have added a new parameter ForceUpdate for our Partial Close API. By default, it's set to true, which will auto-decline refunds in partial transactions. If you set 'forceUpdate' to false, the API will let you know if a refund has been requested on the partial transaction.
Detailed Payee Insights: We've added all the important information and buttons right there - Payee's name and status, their current balance, lifetime allocations, and the reclaim option. We also added buttons for Block, remove, and even a handy 'Resend invite' option for unregistered payees.
Smart Reporting: We've given our merchant transactions report a complete update to show all the relevant information that you need to know about your transactions.
Verification details: Our Dashboard menu now has 'Verification' details. It will show all the KYB statuses you need. Once KYB is complete, you'll have the keys to other menus.
Know Your Transactions: The business name and Internal ID field have also been added to the Payouts report for comprehensive insights, fostering a deeper understanding of transfer details.

CSV - The Smart Way: We have added two new fields - Business Name and ID. Business Name makes it clear whether your payee is a business or not. The ID field helps you track things internally.
